Nikon debuted the new Black riflescopes series dedicated to precision long-range rifle and AR action shooters, available Spring 2017.

For precision rifles shooters, Nikon created the Black X1000 with a range of 4-16×50 and 6-24×50 models with X-MRAD or X-MOA tactical-style reticles. These are synched to elevated windage and elevation turrets. The adjustments, both accurate and repeatable, allow shooters to precisely dial in measurements, while the reticle designs provide visually clean and highly functional tool for estimating range or maintaining holdovers.

Action shooters looking for rapid targeting capabilities on AR/MSR platforms have the Black Force1000 1-4×24 riflescope. The scopes features capped turrets and SpeedForce reticle. When dialed down to 1x magnification, the reticle’s illuminated double horseshoe center acts as quick reference for reactionary target acquisition. This can also be used for establishing moving target leads. The SpeedForce MOA reticle integrates BDC circles as well as hash marks for intermediate-range target holdovers.

All Black series scopes features a 30mm main body tube with aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, giving shooters a rugged, durable scope. In addition the scopes are covered under Nikon’s No Fault policy for repair and replacement. The Black series retails for $399.95.
