New for 2015, Walther Arms introduces a .22-caliber replica of the HKG36 battle rifle at the Shooting Hunting Outdoor Trade Show. The gun is a new edition to the Walther tactical plinkers.
According the product listing, the Walther HKG36 uses a blowback action and features an integrated accessory rail, ambidextrous external safety, folding stock, adjustable sights and a black finish. It looks and feels like the real thing, minus the recoil.
At 37.8 inches in total length, it weighs in at 5.1 pounds, and has a magazine capacity of 20 rounds. Retail prices is listed at $550.
Spokesmen at SHOT say the rifle is shipping now and will be available at authorized Walther dealers.
