USA – -(Ammoland.com)- The National Skeet Shooting Association is now accepting applications for the position of NSSA Director of Skeet. Current Director, Linda Mayes, submitted her resignation effective April 11, 2014.

Candidates must possess an in-depth knowledge of skeet shooting, including hosting and operating registered shoots, budgeting, programs, announcements, NSSA Bylaws, rule formulation, and voting procedures. Candidates must be able to coordinate with Committees, act as directed by the Executive Director and Executive Committee, and supervise a staff of five.

The Director of Skeet must determine trends, statistics, and other factors affecting the National Skeet Shooting Association and report periodically, making recommendations and implementing solutions.

The Director of Skeet is the primary contact with the 20,000 NSSA members and 600 clubs and member organizations. All prospective candidates must possess effective verbal and written communicative skills and basic computer knowledge.
