Old Saybrook, CT – -(Ammoland.com)- Traditions Performance Firearms, a leading sporting goods company, is seeking a National Sales Manager to mange existing accounts and develop new accounts.
The position would be located at the company headquarters in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, and will involve extensive travel.
The National Sales Manager will supervise the sales for all distributor and major accounts, and manage the sales reps throughout the US and Canada, which will include analyzing sales rep productivity, setting goals for the sales team, monitoring the sales performance and working trade shows with the sales reps.
Additional responsibilities of this position include assisting in the development of new products in all categories, and the support of new and current product developments with foreign manufacturers. They will provide market feedback and competitive research to the Product Development Team. The National Sales Manager will also interface with the Customer Service Manager for improved customer service care.
