OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL –-(Ammoland.com)-The National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers (NASGW) is creating new ways to make sure the shooting sports industry understands the importance of two-step distribution. The NASGW recently premiered a new video, designed to share the benefits of two-step distribution and the roll it plays in the sales channel for firearms, ammunition, optics and firearms accessories, from manufacturers through NASGW’s wholesale members.
“Everyone has a story. This video, put together with some of the industry’s strongest two-step distribution partners, is a fun and compelling way to tell the story about the importance and benefits of our wholesale distribution channel,” said Kenyon Gleason, NASGW president.
“Two-step distribution is a crucial piece in putting product in the hands of consumers, but is often overlooked,” Gleason said. “We felt it was important for the industry to hear this story in a new way. In this industry, relationships are everything, and our tagline, ‘Wholesale Trust,’ represents those relationships from manufacturer to wholesaler to dealer to consumer. There is a level of trust at each step of the distribution process and we were able to tell that story through this project while capturing footage of what makes our industry so great.”
The video was premiered at the NASGW Expo Annual Awards Dinner on October 25 in Kansas City, MO, during NASGW’s Annual Expo and Meeting.
