Salt Lake City, UT -(AmmoLand.com)- The Mule Deer Foundation (MDF) is seeking a Director of Marketing and Development to create and implement the organization’s marketing and communications efforts.

The position will be based out of the MDF headquarters office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

“The MDF Director of Marketing and Development is a critical role within our organization and we are looking for the most highly qualified outdoor marketers to apply,” commented MDF President and CEO, Miles Moretti. “This position will focus on creating and executing the MDF marketing plan that will build brand awareness for the organization and result in increasing membership and program funding.”

The Director of Marketing and Development will develop and oversee all marketing and outreach programs for the organization including social media, the MDF magazine, partnering with field outreach efforts, and much more. This position requires a Bachelor’s or, preferably, a Master’s degree in marketing or business management and at least 10 years in progressively more responsible marketing positions. However, equally important to success will be a knowledge and understanding of the outdoor industry as well as a passion for wildlife conservation. The position will report directly to the President and CEO.
