Lansing, MI -(AmmoLand.com)- The Michigan Department of Natural Resources currently has a vacancy on the Michigan Trails Advisory Council’s Snowmobile Advisory Workgroup. This position would fill the vacant trail sponsor representative seat.
The purpose of the Snowmobile Advisory Workgroup is to assist the Michigan Trails Advisory Council in performing the duties and responsibilities of the workgroup and to provide the DNR advice related to the snowmobile program. This includes advice related to the creation, development, operation and maintenance of the designated snowmobile trail system. P.A. 451 of 1994, Section 324.82102.
The appointment is for two years, and members will be expected to participate in four meetings a year.
