Baltimore police pepper sprayed a man in the face Saturday night before detaining him for violating the city’s 10 p.m. curfew. Ironically, the man was wearing a T-shirt which proclaimed “Fuck The Police” at time he was pepper sprayed and subsequently handcuffed.
The man didn’t seem too fazed by the spray at first, but moments later officers could be seen pouring water into the man’s eyes, presumably to help ease the effects of the spray. At that point, he was apparently feeling the burn because he laid down on the sidewalk and started waling.
