Obama supporters took their shot on Friday. Now it’s your turn.
Manassas, VA –-(Ammoland.com)- Barack Obama and his handlers have transitioned his reelection campaign machine into a guerrilla warfare force with some 2 million “volunteers” working to destroy your rights.
Last week they deluged their supporter lists with calls to take action in support of Obama’s anti-rights agenda – bans on semi-auto firearms and standard-capacity magazines, and government background checks on all gun purchasers.
Now we need rights supporters to show Congress what real grass roots action is all about. The Firearms Coalition, along with the National Coalition to Stop the Gun Ban and other rights groups from around the nation, is calling for all concerned citizens to join us in this important call to action.
All you need to do is send 5 emails and make 5 phone calls.
Contact Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Speaker of the House John Boehner, both of your state’s Senators, and your Representative.
- Tell them to focus on criminals and leave lawful gun owners alone.
- Tell them that Universal Background Checks are unacceptable – no room for compromise.
- Tell them No to bans on guns or restrictions on magazine capacity.
- Tell them that any new infringement on the Second Amendment will be remembered and held against them in the next election.

Send an email immediately, then follow-up with a phone call during regular business hours.
Make these 5 contacts on Monday if you can or any time thereafter. It’s never a bad time to let your elected representatives know what you want them to do. Your message need not be complicated. Congressional staffers will probably only read enough to learn which side of the issue you’re on so don’t waste a lot of energy on elaborate arguments – save that for letters to the editor and when you can visit with your politicians face-to-face. For now, just let them know in no uncertain terms that you oppose additional background checks, gun bans, and magazine limitations.
Here’s an example you can use.
Subject: No New Gun Laws – No Compromise.
Text: No New Gun Laws.
No universal background checks.
No gun bans.
No limits on magazines.
If you vote in favor of the president’s anti-rights agenda, I will work to defeat you in your next election.
You can’t keep guns away from criminals. You must keep the criminals away from guns.
Locking up guns doesn’t work. Locking up criminals does.
You can tweak that message a little for Speaker Boehner and Leader Reid, but that’s all you need to get across.
Don’t delay. Get your 5 messages and 5 phone calls completed on Monday if you can, or as soon as possible thereafter.
