Fairfax, VA – -(Ammoland.com)- On Tuesday, the Senate Judiciary B Committee is scheduled to consider House Bill 602. It is important that you contact committee members and urge them to SUPPORT House Bill 602.
House Bill 602, sponsored by state Representative Blake Miguez, would allow for concealed handgun permit holders, visiting a school, to carry a concealed firearm on any school campus.

Last THursday, the Louisiana House passed Senate Bill 402 by an 81 to 10 vote. HB 402 now heads back to the Senate
Senate Bill 402, sponsored by state Senator Neil Riser, would allow volunteers with a valid concealed carry permit to serve churches or houses of worship as armed security. Further, this legislation defines training requirements for those churches whose insurance liability requires it.
