Long Range Shooting On Gun Talk Television
Mandeville, LA –-(Ammoland.com)- Long range shooting is the ultimate challenge for any rifle shooter.
Whether shooting long range for a competition, a hunt, or a day at the range – reaching out to longer distances is a great test of your equipment and of your shooting skills.
Rifles are made for long range shooting, and this week on Gun Talk Television, Tom Gresham and Ryan Gresham have the rifles to go the distance. But they also have a few handguns that can hold their own on the long range course.
Sig Sauer’s Rifle Product Manager David Grimshaw is an experienced long range shooter. He visits the VATA Group range to show what his Sig Sauer SSG 3000 can do in a long distance shooting situation. Thanks to LaRue Tactical, U.S. Optics and MGM Targets, Greg Lapin and Destin Mounts also showed their skill at long range shooting.
And Ryan Gresham and Tom Gresham prove that the Glock, the Ruger Redhawk and the Smith & Wesson .460 are more than capable of shooting at longer distances than are typical for handguns.
