Georgia-based Liberty Suppressors unveiled a new .30 caliber silencer called Sovereign aimed at precision rifle shooters and hunters.
The lightweight Sovereign tips scales at a mere 12.7 ounces with an overall length of just over 7 inches with a 1.6-inch diameter. Finished with a c-series Cerakote, the all-black Sovereign features a titanium tube and core.
The Sovereign is rated at 137.1 decibels which includes that first round pop, with an overall noise reduction of 28.4 decibels.
Consumers can expect to find both 1/2-28 and 5/8-24 direct thread adapters as well as the 5/8-24 LS1 muzzle brake mount. In addition, Liberty Suppressors throws in a custom Armageddon Gear Suppressor Cover to complete the package.
Liberty Suppressors say the silencer targets shooters looking for a smaller, durable can to take on hunts or precision shooting jaunts. With the Hearing Protection Act possibly looming in the future, it’s no surprise that Liberty is looking to expand its silencer options, giving hunters more options in the field.
The Sovereign is available through Liberty Suppressors and retails for $1,050.
