Lincoln, NE – (Ammoland.com)- – Learn how to score a trophy at a free workshop Jan. 8 2105 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
The event starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Nebraska Game and Parks Outdoor Education Center.
Randy Stutheit, Nebraska big game records coordinator and certified Boone and Crockett and Pope and Young Club scorer, will cover the basics of measuring typical and nontypical whitetail and mule deer and antelope. The education center is located at 4703 N. 44th St. This family-friendly center is open to all shooters and archers and offers a wide range of workshops and other activities for youth and families, as well as hunter education classes. The indoor ranges are open Friday through Tuesday. The outdoor archery range is free and open every day from sunrise to sunset.
