KRISS USA, the domestic extension of the Swiss-based KRISS Group, announced Monday they are good to go with a California-compliant pistol caliber carbine line.
Since the company does not sell pistols that meet the state’s roster guidelines, the Vector CRB is a rifle with a fixed Defiance DS150 stock and Kydex grip wrap barrier to make them comply with California law. Overall length over the barrel is 36.5-inches and the carbines use a 10-round Glock magazine.
The CRB will be available in a score of options moving through five colors (black, FDE, OD green, combat grey, and alpine white) and four caliber chamberings (9mm, .45ACP, 10mm and 40S&W). All come with factory installed Pic hand stops and rail covers to help attach those still California-compliant accessories and optics.
Models are supposed to start shipping this month and MSRP is $1,599. No word on if KRISS is going to make the stock/grip barrier available for Vector owners already in the Golden State.
