NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas -(Ammoland)- Keith Warren, one of the hunting industry’s most vocal advocates, has been selected as a guest speaker and presenter at the 32nd Annual Trophy Game Records of the World Awards Banquet. Hosted by the Exotic Wildlife Association (EWA), the event will be held on July 16-17, 2010 at the Inn of the Hills Resort & Conference Center in Kerrville, Texas.

“I very pleased to be speaking at the TGR Awards again this year,” says Keith Warren, a veteran of outdoor television programming for 25 years. “The TGR is a pure, unbiased measuring system that really honors the game animal for what it has produced and recognizes the hunters, ranches and outfitters that are such integral members of our industry. Without them and the Exotic Wildlife Association, the continued efforts toward conservation and species preservation would falter and many more of our exotic species would be threatened with extinction.”

The Trophy Game Records (TGR) of the World awards are presented annually to the top five hunters with entries for each species, Typical and Extra-Typical, and for each method of collection. TGR is the only trophy record-keeping system entirely based on objective scientific evidence and geometric formulas, and today the TGR has nearly 13,000 entries recorded. “Keith is deeply committed to the hunting industry and to enhancing our national conservation efforts through commerce. We’re very honored to have him as part of our TGR awards presentations again this year,” says Charly Seale, executive director of the Exotic Wildlife Association.

Through his television programs, special guest appearances, Facebook and other venues, Warren stresses to sportsmen the importance of ‘taking the High Road,” not only within the industry, but in their every day lives as well. The High Road is a positive message that focuses on the privileges that Americans enjoy because of those that blazed the trail of freedom. He recently received the 2009 Sportsman Choice Award at the Sportsman Channel’s annual awards ceremony during the Shooting, Hunting, and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show.

Warren currently produces The High Road with Keith Warren and Deer & Wildlife Stories.
