Airing on Wednesday, September 17th, the exhilarating final episode of the season, “The Last Hunters,” follows Jim and Corey as they head out on a once in a lifetime trek to document a traditional Inuit polar bear hunt.
The Inuit, who were once known as Eskimos, take the hosts on an unforgettable journey to the harshest northern environment on Earth: the Arctic. Through the life-changing experience, Jim finds inspiration and meaning from the empty stretches of broken ice and the indigenous people who live off it. The one-hour episode will leave viewers wanting more – an opportunity they will have the following week during a special highlights episode that compiles the most intense moments and epic footage from the first season of the breakthrough series.
The “Highlights” episode of “Jim Shockey’s UNCHARTED” will air on Wednesday, September 24th. Adventure buffs will also have a chance to relive the thrilling first season during Outdoor Channel’s fall 2014 quarter programming lineup starting in October.
