New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s “Stop and Frisk” policy may have been an epic failure, but if NYPD officers would adopt the “Stop and Kiss” policy instead, maybe things would be a little different.
The Onion posted a video to YouTube offering an alternative to Bloomberg’s controversial Stop and Frisk program, proposing police officers randomly kiss people instead of patting them down for weapons.
And according to The Onion, “the outgoing mayor continues to stand by the police’s routine kissing of New York citizens.”
