It’s Grilling Time! This Week on The Sporting Chef on Sportsman Channel

Leysath grills up some simple but delicious grilled venison steaks on this week’s show. Plus, Susie Jimanez shows how to cook beautiful food without fancy kitchen tools, Stacy Harris makes juicy venison burgers, and Cee Dub cooks up flavorful fish cookies. On this week’s show, Leysath grills four different cuts of deer and explains why your venison might taste gamey when it should be delicious. “There’s nothing on there but a little bit of olive oil and Hi Mountain venison rub. Don’t try disguise it with any kind of potions and quit cooking it so long,” said Scott Leysath.
