How much do you know about the Maschinengewehr 34? (VIDEO)

Machine Gun Mike walks you through one of the most common of German general-purpose machine guns of WWII, the vaunted MG34.

Designed in 1934 (hence the designation) by Louis Stange, Rheinmetall and others made over a half million of these 8mm Mauser buzzsaws that could rip up a belt or 50-round drum at up to 900 rounds per minute.

Mike’s veteran is in great condition and he goes in-depth including nomenclature, disassembly, manipulation, and live fire. Gotta love that dual-action trigger.
