Hornady Team Delivers A Dominant Performance At Superstition Mountain 3-Gun Match
Grand Island, Neb. –-(AmmoLand.com)- Team Hornady shooters Mike Voigt, Maggie Reese, Adam Popplewell and Sean Dexter all turned in very strong performances at the recent Superstition Mountain 3 Gun Match.
Held at Rio Salado Sportsman’s Club near Mesa Arizona Superstition Mountain 3 Gun attracted many of the top shooters in the game.
Open Division:
Mike Voigt (right), one of the all time greats in the competitive shooting world, won the Men’s Open Division.
Mike was shooting 223 Rem 75 gr Match ammunition and 115 gr XTP bullets in his 38 Super Comp.
Mike said, “Hornady bullets and ammunition give me a competitive edge, the accuracy and reliability are second to none.” Maggie Reese, winner of the Ladies Open Division, was also shooting Hornady 223 Rem 75 gr Match ammunition and 115 gr XTP bullets in a 38 Super Comp. Tactical Optics:
Adam Popplewell, a new face on Team Hornady, turned in a very impressive second place finish in the Tactical Optics division using 223 Rem 55 gr Varmint Express and 40 S&W 180 gr Custom ammunition.

Tactical Optics, Heavy:
Long time Team Hornady shooter, Sean Dexter, took 4th in the Tactical Optics, Heavy division. Sean was shooting 308 Win 155 gr Match and 45 Auto 230 gr FMJ ammo.
