All disabled veteran and wounded active duty military participants in the three major Family Day events will be entered to win.
It is free to participating veterans.
“We are pleased to be able to award this valuable commemorative Glock 30th to a disabled veteran, thanks to the generosity of one of our key sponsors on the occasion of their 30th anniversary of U.S. market presence,” said HAVA Chairman Tom Taylor. “We considered a paid raffle to raise money, but ultimately decided that the chance to award this valuable collectable to a deserving disabled veteran was too important to ignore. Glock has donated a piece of their history for us to share with some fortunate American hero and we can’t wait to identify the lucky winner.”
“It is Glock’s privilege to support HAVA’s choice to award one of our Glock 30th Anniversary guns to a deserving veteran who has paid a high price in service of his or her country and deserves all of the rewards that our industry can muster,” said Glock’s National Sales Manager, Bob Radecki. “HAVA’s focus on disabled veterans is the reason why we are a sponsor, and this award program demonstrates again our industry’s commitment to the heroes who have given so much in defense of freedom. We are proud to celebrate our 30th anniversary in the U.S. market in 2016, and similarly proud, along with HAVA, to stand up for those Americans who answered the call when their country needed them.”
