A masked marauder used the drive-thru during an attempted robbery at a Miramar, Florida, Wendy’s Friday morning.
The gunman ordered his meal, but when he got to the window, he held the clerk at gunpoint and demanded money. The clerk immediately left and the crook fired a single shot into the restaurant. Thankfully, nobody was injured, Local 10 reports.
However, he didn’t get his meal and he didn’t get his money either. The unidentified man sped away in what investigators believe to be a 2001 Pontiac Trans Am.
This isn’t the first time a robber has used the drive-thru during their crime. Last August, another armed man climbed through a McDonald’s drive-thru window and held the restaurant at gunpoint.
