Concerned citizens called the police after noticing a group of guys armed with guns and wearing all black, their faces covered with masks, outside of a Lake Jackson, Texas, bank Sunday, but as it turned out, the guys were simply making a music video.
The calls came in around 1:45 p.m. and police promptly responded with their service weapons drawn.
The music makers obeyed the commands given by the officers and soon it was realized it was all just a big misunderstanding.
Local rapper Tru Keezy and his partner, Yung Groovey, said they are thankful the situation ended peacefully while acknowledging it could have been much worse.
In the end, Tru commended the officers for their work in keeping the city safe and said next time they choose to film a fake bank heist, they will let law enforcement know ahead of time.
No charges were filed against Tru and his crew.
