Fairfax, VA -(AmmoLand.com)- Gun-O-Rama is coming to the Del Mar (San Diego) Gun Show on Saturday, July 9 from 9 am to 2 pm.
What is Gun-O-Rama? Well take all the games and raffles from your typical Friends-of-the-NRA-Dinner and put them all under one tent.
We will be posting winning ticket numbers on a board so people do not have to be present to win – You can either come back at 3 pm when the final drawings are held, or give your e-mail address to receive a list of winning numbers and instructions on claiming your gun at Turner’s.
So what cam you win? Well GUNS! Lots of GUN!
I’ll be there and raffling off a KIMBER 1911! The tickets are only $20 and there will be a maximum of 100 tickets for my Raffle. (Since the Kimber falls off the California Approved list this January you’d better get yours now!) These are the best odds you’ll ever get for a FREE KIMBER!
What other guns will be available? Well you’ll have to come and see, but the selection is impressive.
So who are the Friends of the NRA?
In a nutshell the Friends of the NRA is a non-profit that funds and supports the next generation of gun owners. We are non political and give to support programs like Women on Target, JROTC programs, Juniors shooting events and Law Enforcement.
Last year we held 1,100 events and gave out 2,800 grants. Since we started the Friends of the NRA has given out more than $600,000,000.00 to help preserve and support the shooting sports. This years goal is to give away in excess of $60 million.
I know we all feel under attack, and that things look bleak at times. The best way to preserve the sports we love is help nurture the next generation. That is what we are all about. Come out to Gun-O-Rama, support the 2A, and have a great time.
You might even win a gun of your own.
