DeKalb, Illinois – (Ammoland.com) – Gun Guy Radio made the most of a quick trip to the NRA Annual Meeting in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jake Challand and the crew from the Firearms Radio Network spoke to some big personalities who were in Indiana for the meeting.
Top Shot’s Peter Palma who invented the Ms. Clean AR-15 cleaning kit, cowboy action shooting star Evil Roy Gene Pearcy, Troy Clopton of the God and Guns Podcast, and Sig Sauer pro Max Michel all visit with Jake to discuss their impressions of the NRA show and the new products and guns that they are particularly interested in.
While at the annual meeting, Jake had the opportunity to view and handle three new handguns for the first time: the Walther CCP, the Beretta Pico, the Diamondback FS and the new SCCY .380 pistol.
The Pico is a great new .380 pocket gun from Beretta. The Walther is a single stack 9mm with an innovative gas delayed blowback recoil system designed to reduce felt recoil. The Diamondback is a surprisingly high quality full size 9mm. SCCY is making competitive and inexpensive 9mm pistols and the .380 may be a great new option when it comes out.
The Brownell’s Product Spotlight is on the 5 and 10 round AR-15 magazines, which were designed to allow those who live in states with magazine restrictions to have the highest quality AR-15 magazines that will comply with the laws of their particular state.
