We all know the "2nd Amendment folks" that Donald J. Trump is talking about.

The fine upscale folks at the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence gave Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh the “Make America Great Again” treatment.

In reference to Donald Trump’s remarks this week that, “Hillary wants to abolish — essentially abolish — the Second Amendment. By the way, if she gets — if she gets to pick her judges: Nothing you could do, folks — although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is,” to a crowd on Monday in Wilmington, North Carolina, which have been argued by his campaign to mean “tremendously unified” advocates, the CSGV has been outspoken.

Besides an official statement in which CSGV Executive Director Josh Horwitz painted the remarks as alluding to and encouraging armed insurrection, the group posted an image of convicted domestic terrorist Tim McVeigh in his federal prison uniform complete with a badly photo-shopped Trump campaign ball cap.

“We all know the ‘2nd Amendment folks’ that Donald J. Trump is talking about,” wrote the group in their post.

McVeigh was convicted on eleven federal counts in 1997 including conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction, use of a weapon of mass destruction, destruction by explosives and eight counts of first-degree murder stemming from the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City that killed 168. He was executed by lethal injection in 2001.

Stay classy, CGSV.
