St. Helens Girls Softball Association is raffling a Barrett M107A1 .50-caliber rifle to help raise funds.
Each ticket costs $50 and comes with a chance to get behind the massive gun and fire a single round downrange. The raffle will be held Aug. 23 and after everyone has fired the weapon the winning ticket will be drawn and one very lucky person will receive the rifle and a scope donated by Leupold worth $1,900, Breitbart reports.
SHGS vice president and director of safety Jeff Kroll believes the raffle will bring in more than $35,000 for the softball association. But if all 1,000 tickets are sold the team can earn a cool $50,000.
