Athens, GA -(AmmoLand.com)- This spring, life and consecutive five-year members of the National Rifle Association (NRA) will elect new leaders to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors.
Georgia Republican Party Chairman John Padgett the following statement in support of longtime gun rights advocate Willes K. Lee:
“The former Chairman of the Hawaii Republican Party, retired U.S. Army officer, and unapologetic defender of our right to ‘keep and bear arms’, Willes is the ideal candidate to represent our values on the board,” said Chairman Padgett.
“We can trust him to work hard and stand firm against efforts by the liberal left to shove gun control down the throats of the American people.”
“In addition to an impressive resume that includes service as Director of the Hawaii Republican Assembly (HIRA) and National Executive Vice President of the National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA), Willes is also a man of impeccable character and faith.”
“As a lifetime member of the NRA, I am proud to support my friend Willes Lee and encourage others – especially in Georgia – to do the same.”
