McLean, VA -(AmmoLand.com)- FNH USA announced today an expansion to the company’s FN 15 modern sporting rifle accessory line with the release of complete upper assembly units.
FN 15 Upper Assemblies are now available in popular configurations like the FN 15 Carbine, Rifle, Tactical Carbine and DMR (Designated Marksman Rifle).
“The addition of upper assemblies to our FN 15 accessory line is exciting for FNH USA as we continue our mission to offer dependable products of the highest quality to our customers,” said Ken Pfau, Sr. Vice President for Commercial and Law Enforcement Sales and Marketing for FN America, LLC. “Customers can now build out a custom, FN-made AR-15 or expand the functionality of their current FN 15 rifle or carbine.”
FN 15 upper receiver assemblies, manufactured in FN’s Columbia, SC manufacturing facility, are supplied with M16-style bolt carrier assemblies and charging handles. Barrels are cold hammer-forged, individually high-pressure tested and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) and each upper is test fired before leaving the factory. Bolts are also Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) marked. Barrels and chambers are hard-chrome lined, and upper assemblies include M4-style feed ramps regardless of barrel length. Gas keys are properly staked to ensure reliable service. A variety of sight mounting, rail system and muzzle device options are available depending on model purchased. Manufacturer’s suggested retail price ranges from $799 – 1,299.
