First Annual “Toaster Olympics” Tonight on “Gun It with Benny Spies”

Watertown, So. Dak. (Ammoland.ComBenny Spies has outdone himself on tonight’s Gun It with Benny Spies presented by Leupold, with the introduction of the first annual “Toaster Olympics.” Complete with a slingshot competition, sandwich making rodeo and timed rifle skills, the four contestants will have to do their best to outshine the host. Plus, Spies and crew get in a little late season goose and pheasant hunt. Tune in to see if Spies can win his own competition on Gun It with Benny Spies presented by Leupold on Thursday, December 10 at 9 p.m. ET exclusively on Sportsman Channel.

Benny Spies Toaster OlympicsFirst up is a late season goose hunt in prairies of South Dakota. “Goose hunting is one of my favorite things to do,” said Spies. And the action begins even before the crew can get down into their pits! Next up Spies heads to the Warne Ranch for a late season pheasant hunt where the sounds of “ROOOOSSTTERRRR!!” fill the gray skies around Onida, South Dakota.

And finally, the highlight of the season: the first annual “Toaster Olympics.” The contestants include Spies, Greg Goodman, Paul Steffen and Michael Richey. The honorable Devern Peck will reside as the commentator – complete with a megaphone. The Olympics includes various competitions including slingshot, timed rifle shooting, trap shoot and who can make the best summer sausage sandwich for Devern? Tune in to find out who takes home the non-existent trophy.
