USA – -(Ammoland.com)- Our huntresses are asked one simple question.
They have two minutes to respond. The judges will score them on their response. And they don’t have any idea they have to even answer the question. What is it? Why do you hunt?
Entering our 8th season, Extreme Huntress showcases hardcore huntresses who compete in our annual hunting and skills challenge at the famous 777 Ranch in Hondo, Texas.
Episode 18 posts tonight (12/03/2015) on the Extreme Huntress website. Subsequent episodes will post every Monday and Thursday nights at 8:30PM EST.
Online votes will be collected for each episode and overall from Oct. 5, 2015 through Jan. 1, 2016.
What is the Extreme Huntress Competition
The Extreme Huntress Competition is about preserving our outdoor heritage. Our goal is to create positive role models for women who want to participate in hunting.
With a 50% divorce rate among parents and kids becoming invested in other sports at a younger and younger age, kids may not have the role models or opportunity to start hunting when they reach the legal age to hunt (12 or 14 depending on the state). If mom goes hunting, so will her children, thus preserving our outdoor heritage for future generations.
The competition is wildly popular among contestants and fans. The Extreme Huntress Competition continues to set the bar for serious outdoors women, while at the same time providing positive role models for women who are new to hunting, shooting and other traditional outdoor sports.
