JOB SUMMARY: Easton Technical Products, a leading manufacturer of archery and outdoor recreation products, is currently seeking a Director of Sales with prior experience in the archery and outdoor sports markets. The successful applicant will be responsible for the development and program execution relating to all sales functions including; customer service, order fulfillment, pricing, distributors, dealers, buy groups, outside sales, forecasting, competitive analysis, and annual sales meetings. This position reports to VP of Sales & Marketing and aligns sales programs to the company’s business plan and strategies.

Easton Seeks Vice President of Sales & Marketing
JOB SUMMARY: Easton Technical Products, a leading manufacturer of archery and outdoor recreation products, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the divisional direction for sales & marketing including; strategic marketing decisions, sales policy, brand development, product mix, market research, advertising & promotion, customer service, and distribution strategy. This position oversees all aspects of the sales, marketing, and customer service teams, and aligns departmental efforts to company-wide strategic plans, objectives, and operational improvements across multiple brands and product categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the outdoor and archery markets.
