LAS VEGAS, Nev. -(Ammoland.com)- The 32nd Annual Ducks Unlimited “Ducks in the Desert” Las Vegas Continental Shoot presented by Browning Arms is open for registration for competitive sporting clay shooters.
Created in 1986, the event is set for Feb. 22-25, at the world-class Clark County Shooting Complex in North Las Vegas.
In 2018, the Las Vegas Continental Shoot will feature the 50-target sub-gauge and Super Sporting squadded events, as well as other regular events including 5-STAND and several other side games. All events are governed by National Sporting Clays Association (NSCA) rules, but membership in the NSCA is not required for a shooter to participate in this tournament.
“The 2018 competition is shaping up to be our best year yet,” said Jim Konkel, chairman of DU’s National Shooting Committee. “We continue to refine this event every year and it continues to grow and be one of the most popular events on the shooting circuit.”
The Aliante Casino Hotel and Spa again is the host hotel, with special rates (enter code: DUCKS18) for shooters and their families. Only minutes from the Clark County Shooting Complex, those who reserve their room by Jan. 13 will receive special Ducks Unlimited rates.
