DALLAS, Texas -(Ammoland.com)- Over the course of four days, visitors of the DSC 2017 Convention will have the opportunity to contribute to DSC conservation efforts of ensuring the future of hunting and protecting a proud heritage.
Through a series of silent and live auctions, convention attendees can bid on a wide variety of multi-day hunts, artwork, firearms, luxury fishing excursions, jewelry and more.
This week’s highlighted auction item is a five-day, high-volume dove hunt for eight hunters in Cordova, Argentina, valued at $18,360.
Eight shooters will enjoy Cordoba to the fullest on this five-day trip with three full days of dove hunting, donated by Wes Hixon’s Outdoor Adventures and Pampa Adventures. The trip can be scheduled on open dates within a year of purchase.
The hunt will be hosted at the beautiful private lodge Estancia Del Pilar. The lodge is situated on 6,000-plus private acres in the middle of the world’s most incredible dove flyways.
Del Pilar sets the standards in service, comfort, accommodations and world-class dove shooting. Dove season is open year-round with no ‘daily limits.’ In addition to the wonderful hunting, hunters will marvel at the accommodations, quality of the food, the staff’s attention to every detail and the hospitality.
This hunt includes deluxe accommodations, meals and drinks (including world-class wines from Argentina and world-renowned beef), daily laundry service, all ground transportation service during your stay, hunting license, gun rental and 500 rounds of ammunition per guest.
Not included are international round-trip airfare, staff gratuities and additional shotgun shells above the included 500 rounds. Additional shells will cost $12.50 per box for 12- and 20-gauge shotguns.
This hunting trip is part of the Friday night live auction. This hunt and all other live auction items are now open to bidders via online bidding. Bidders can get an early start by submitting for approval by registering here.
Online bidding for silent auction items will soon be available as well. The complete list of all auction items is included in the 2017 DSC Auction Catalog and can be viewed here.
The DSC Convention and Expo will be at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and Omni Hotel in Dallas Jan. 5-8, 2017.
