A 52-year-old woman was arrested in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, Monday night after she became agitated and shot a .38-caliber handgun at her front door.
Police received a call just after 8 p.m. about shots being fired in the home. Responding officers were initially unable to get inside the home because Theresa Eilene Travitz refused to unlock the door. Eventually authorities forced their way inside and discovered that Travitz was highly intoxicated.
Travitz was taken into custody without further incident, and was charged with discharging a firearm in an occupied structure and recklessly endangering another person.
No one was injured during the incident.
