Bismarck, ND -(AmmoLand.com)- In response to continued organizational growth, Delta Waterfowl has added three development directors in key regions of the United States and Canada.

Jeffrey Howell, 43, will represent Delta in the Mid-South, focusing on the Memphis market. With a background in national sales and professional waterfowl guiding, he brings a mix of talents to The Duck Hunters Organization™.

“Joining the Delta team was an easy decision for me, because I’m passionate about its mission,” said Howell, a lifelong Delta supporter. “I’m excited to provide opportunities for Delta donors to protect the future of ducks and duck hunting.”

Howell lives in Memphis, Tennessee, with his wife Kirsten, son Grant and daughter Averie. Contact him at (901) 230-6203 or jhowell@deltawaterfowl.org.

Austin Siler, 27, will cover southern Louisiana and Texas. A dedicated waterfowler, his passions for sales and ducks led him to Delta Waterfowl.

“I look forward to helping provide Delta with the necessary resources to make ducks,” Siler said. “I’m thrilled to go to work for an organization that’s 100 percent committed to ducks and duck hunters.”

Siler lives in Henderson, Texas, with his wife Sarah, son Boone and black Labrador Suede. Contact him at (903) 646-1050 or asiler@deltawaterfowl.org.

Scott McGuigan, 32, will oversee Canada, particularly the Ontario and Alberta markets. Previously employed as a waterfowl guide and outdoor writer, he’s no stranger to the hunting community.

“I knew I wanted to continue working in the outdoor industry, and there’s no better organization than Delta Waterfowl to fulfill that passion,” McGuigan said. “There’s plenty of room for Delta to grow in the Canadian marketplace. It will be rewarding professionally to raise funds for Delta to recruit new waterfowlers, produce ducks and conserve habitat in Canada.”

A resident of Calgary, Alberta, McGuigan may be reached at (587) 225-5533 or smcguigan@deltawaterfowl.org.

With these additions, Delta’s development staff has expanded to five. The new directors join Bryan Muche, who covers the Upper Midwest, and TJ Mallette, who manages Louisiana and Mississippi.
