MEMPHIS, Mich. -(Ammoland.com)- Prime Archery, a leading manufacturer of the most technologically advanced and highest-quality bows available, is pleased to announce that Prime Archery Pro Staff member, Dave Cousins has won back to back NFAA Outdoor national championships.
The National Field Archery Association national championship was held this past weekend in Yankton, South Dakota. Cousins, a long time G5 Prime shooter and defending NFAA champion put his Prime One STX V2 39 to work yet again in the Professional Male Freestyle class.
After a record tying Day 1 Cousins found himself tied for the lead but on Day 2 he moved into sole possession of 1st place by 8 big points. Cousins never looked back at that point and finished things off on the 3rd and final day to take the title.
“What an awesome weekend at the NFAA national championship,” Cousins said. “Was able to pull off a wire to wire win and take back to back titles. Big thanks to all my friends, fans and supporters. Props to all that make this dream a reality:”
Cousins bow of choice was the new One STX 39V2. This Prime bow sports new risers, new colors, and an added lower stabilizer mount, a super upgrade to last year’s model.
The riser is now made of 82X aluminum increasing the riser’s stiffness by 10 percent for enhanced accuracy. The STX 39V2 offers a 39-inch axle to axle length, and a longer draw length up to 31 inches.
