Dark Storm Industries expands rifle line with DS-10

New York-based firearms maker Dark Storm Industries expands its rifle line with the addition of the DS-10, available in standard or featureless models.

The DS-10, chambered in .308 WIN and 6.5 Creedmoor, will be available in several versions; however, all will feature billet upper and lower receivers, mil-spec buffer tubes and a mid-length direct impingement gas systems.

The MOE variant includes an 18-inch HBAR barrel, Magpul MOE stock and pistol grip as well as M-LOK forearm. The Typhoon adds a billet ambidextrous safety, tactical charging handle, Hogue rubberized grip, Magpul CTR and 15-inch DSI free-float M-LOK handguard. Both models feature nitride barrels for durability and sub-MOA accuracy. The Lightning model is also packed with features like Troy Industries Alpha 15-inch Battle Rails, 416 stainless steel barrel, and nickel-boron-coated bolt carrier group.

 The DS-10 Featureless Rifle covers those in restrictive states like California or New York. These configurations feature a non-threaded barrel, 10-round Magpul PMAG and Thordsen fixed rifle stock.

The DS-10 retails for $1,195 to $1,545 depending on model, color and caliber.
