SPRINGFIELD, MO – -(Ammoland.com)- CrossBreed Holsters, manufacturers of custom handcrafted holsters, belts, mag carriers and accessories announces the promotion of Dustin Johnson to Production Floor Supervisor.
Johnson started with CrossBreed in 2008 as an expert holster maker. His attention to detail and love for the shooting sports has excelled his craftsmanship into a true leadership position within the company.
Owner Carol Craighead states, “We believe in providing our customers with the highest quality of holsters available and Dustin’s level of expertise and leadership has led to improved operations and increased productivity. Johnson will be responsible for supervising 23 CrossBreed holster artisans, as well as all aspects of the production floor. He will be involved in operational planning, coordinating and controlling the manufacturing process that ensures all holsters are crafted to perfection.
Johnson will also be accountable for quality control, guaranteeing all CrossBreed standards are met accordingly.
