Crimson Trace Completes Substantial Growth Phase.
Wilsonville, OR – -(Ammoland.com)- Crimson Trace, the inventor of Instinctive Activation laser sighting systems and the world’s leading brand of laser sights for firearms, continues to expand its operations, product line and staff.
During the past 18 months, the Oregon-based manufacturer has hired more than 30 new employees across all segments of the company. Two thirds of the new jobs are centered in manufacturing where those employees will focus on the continued expansion of the laser sight product line.
“There is something incredibly exciting happening at Crimson Trace,” said Maureen Zwicker, Crimson Trace Director of Human Resources. “As the market for laser sights transforms from an accessory to a necessity, our company continues to lead the charge in every way. Our ‘Made in America’ manufacturing capabilities continue to expand and provide local jobs—to local people. Crimson Trace is truly committed to the people who work here, our products, and the industry we support.”
Space for the additional employees was created via a major manufacturing floor and warehouse reorganization.
“Our significant manufacturing and materials expansion will help us continue to deliver the industry leading quality that our customers expect from us, now on an even greater scale,” says Gina Chambers, Crimson Trace COO. “All Crimson Trace products, including the popular Lasergrips and various tactical products, continue to be built, tested, packed and shipped from our facility in Wilsonville, Oregon.”
Crimson Trace has been building laser sighting systems for nearly 20 years and now produces more than 150 laser sights and defensive lighting products. These are used by civilian, law enforcement and military personnel around the globe. CTC Defense, a Crimson Trace division, supports the military product line.
