Canada -(AmmoLand.com)- Justice Topolniski of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta has ruled in favor of Canada’s National Firearms Association (NFA) in the Colgan v. Canada’s National Firearms Association case.
“We are very pleased with the Court’s decision on this ruling and look forward to moving on.” Said Sheldon Clare, president of the NFA.
The NFA is in full compliance with the Court’s decision.
