Concealed Carry Secrets, BB Guns and Gun Rights – This Week on Gun Talk
MANDEVILLE, LA –-(Ammoland.com)- It’s the inside details of concealed carry, BB guns and a lawsuit against the New Jersey State Police this Sunday on Tom Gresham’s Gun Talk (R) Radio, the nationally-syndicated radio talk show about guns and the shooting sports.
Author Chris Bird will join Tom to talk about the newly-released sixth edition of his book, “The Concealed Handgun Manual”, which has been updated with stories of mass shootings and the citizens who stopped them with their legal firearms.
The newest edition can be purchased at www.privateerpublications.com.
Since 1886, the Daisy BB gun has been on every kid’s Christmas list. Ray Hobbs – President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Daisy Outdoor Products – drops by with news on the “world’s oldest and largest manufacturer of airguns, ammo and accessories.”
This June 3rd and 4th, in Rogers, Arkansas, Daisy and The Rogers Daisy Airgun Museum will host a celebration in honor of Daisy Outdoor Products 125th Anniversary. More information can be found at www.daisy.com.
Frank Fiamingo, President of the New Jersey Second Amendment Society stops in to discuss the lawsuit that the NJ2AS is bringing against the New Jersey State Police.
The organization requested a NJ State police firearms application guide under the Open Public Records Act and was denied, forcing the NJ2AS to file suit in NJ Superior Court.
“For decades, individual towns and municipalities have been ignoring state laws by adding additional disclosure requirements to the application process set forth by established statute”, said Fiamingo.
“This onerous process has been accelerating as more towns add additional paperwork that puts unnecessary and illegal administrative and financial burdens on members of the shooting community in an overt effort to intimidate applicants and discourage legal gun ownership in New Jersey.”
