Bloomfield, NY -(Ammoland.com)- CenterPoint, a division of Crosman Corporation, announces a new aiming guide reticle for the Centerpoint Outdoors line.
The proprietary TAG (Trajectory Aiming Guide) bullet drop reticle gives shooters the tools to quickly adjust their shot placement to different distances, providing pinpont long range accuracy.
”By matching ammunition ballistics to the placement of the crosshairs on the TAG reticle, the need for estimation and lengthy calculation is eliminated,” says Sara Calcagno, Senior Product Manager, Optics.
The TAG reticle accomodates distances out to 600 yards and is factory-calibrated for the most popular bullet and load combinations, from .223 up to 300 Ultra centerfire, .50 caliber muzzleloaders and .12 gauge shotgun shooting. Once the distance is established, simply place the pre-calculated aiming points on the target for a precise shot.
The scopes feature rugged 1” diameter tubes, tool-free windage and elevation adjustments, are 100% waterproof, shockproof and fogproof and a fast focus eyepiece. Each scope includes lens covers, picatinny rings and Limited Lifetime Warranty.
The TAG series offers three models with red and green illumination in the following configurations; 4-16x40mm, 3-9x40mm and 2-7x32mm. Two non-illuminated models are available, in 3-9x40mm and 3-9x50mm. MSRP ranges from $99.99 to $139.99 These TAG scopes will be available July 2015.
