Cabela’s Brings Big-Name Hunting Personalities to 2009 Eastern Sports & Outdoor Show

Chuck Adams, a Bowhunting Legend, will be at the Eastern Sports & Outdoor Show on February 10, 11 and 12 in the Cabela’s Booth.

He’s the world’s best known and most widely published bowhunter, with 4,550 magazine articles and 10 full-length books to his credit. He has received the Bowhunting World Reader’s Choice Award for 10 consecutive years as its most popular writer. He appears 25-30 times each year on ESPN, WGN, and TNN television networks and stars on ESPN’s “Whitetail Country” and “Advantage Adventures” shows. At age 53, he is the youngest person ever inducted into Safari International’s Bowhunting Hall Of Honor and The National Bowhunters Hall Of Fame.
Larry Weishuhn, co-host of the popular television program, Thompson/Center’s “Game Trails” will conduct deer-hunting seminars on February 7 through the 9, and also be at the Cabela’s booth.
Known in hunting circles as “Mr. Whitetail,” Weishuhn is a highly experienced professional wildlife biologist. Weishuhn helped develop many of the quality deer and habitat management techniques used today throughout North America.
An award winning and internationally acclaimed writer, Weishuhn has produces well over 2,500 feature articles. He owns his own TV shows and presently serves as a co-host of T/C’s Game Trails and T/C’s Pro Hunter Journal, North American Hunter, Whitetail Revolution and is the host of the extremely popular Winchester’s World of Whitetail with Larry Weishuhn, which appears on Versus.
Gregg Day and Rick Malik, two members of the Drury Outdoors Team will sign autographs in the Cabela’s Booth and participate in a Whitetail Panel Discussion on February 14 & 15.
Also appearing in the Cabela’s booth are goose hunters Sean Mann, Keith McGowan, Scott Christopher & Josh Neuwiller. They will also conduct daily “Goose Hunting & Calling with Sean Mann Outdoors & Cabela’s” Seminars in the Main Seminar Room.
