Bradenton, Florida – -(Ammoland.com)- C Products Defense Magazines and Ergo Grips have set out to build the Ultimate AR.
After having been named the most tested firearm magazine on the planet by a major firearm manufacturer, with over 100,000 continuous rounds and zero failures, Carol Jamil, Vice President at C Products Defense, said it was time to build an AR that would help showcase their beautiful magazines.
The build will be followed on the television show American Outdoors.
“Having been crowned the ultimate magazine, I immediately wanted to put this AR build that I have been thinking about on the front burner,” says C Products Defense Vice President Carol Jamil.” I don’t want this to be just your average run-of-the-mill build,” says Jamil.
“I plan on milling out my own 80% lower and building the Ultimate AR from the ground up.”
The ATF reaffirmed this year that an individual can manufacture his or her own firearm, without the need to mark it, provided that they have no intent to sell it.
“The crowning touch to our Ultimate AR Build is going to be pink accented furniture and accessories from Ergo Grip,” adds Jamil.” Just like the standards we have set for our Ultimate AR and just like every CPD Mag, Ergo Grips are made in America to the highest of standards and tightest of tolerances.”
Ergo Grips are manufactured in Moriarty, New Mexico and develops and manufactures high performance small arms accessories to support civilian, law enforcement and military users.
Ergo Grips has been recognized for their innovative products like the ERGO Grip and F93 Pro Stock and has expanded their product line to include a wide range of precision engineered firearm accessories.

“I am encouraging all female shooters to consider taking advantage of our right to build and shoot our own firearm,” states Jamil. The process can be as simple or as intricate as you have time for,” adds Jamil. “I plan on having a very hands-on approach starting with an 80% lower receiver. With some practice time on the milling machine, I plan to mill and drill out the last 20% percent to make a functioning receiver that can accept a lower parts kit. This means milling out the pocket that will contain the hammer, trigger, and disconnector, as well as the slot for the selector.”
“Once I drill out the holes for the hammer pin and the trigger pin I’ll be ready to etch the CPD logo on the side, once completely assembled, I’ll be taking it out for some quality time on the shooting range. It’s going to be an exciting build!”
Carol is encouraging all female shooters to email pictures of their completed AR build to her at: salesinfo@CProductsDefense.com. In so doing, you will be entered into a drawing for a deluxe combo package that includes your very own personalized CPD magazine set, engraved with your name.
