This afternoon, the FBI released surveillance video and images of two suspects they believe are behind the Boston Marathon bombing.
In the video you can see one suspect wearing a backwards white baseball cap, and the other wearing a dark ball cap. They both appear to be in their 20s.
The video shows the suspects walking on Bolyston Street near the finish line, where the two explosions occurred. The attack killed three people and injured 176. Injuries varied from minor wounds to severed limbs.
“We consider them to be extremely dangerous and armed,” said FBI Special Agent Rick Deslauriers, who is in charge of the Boston field office. “With the Media’s help, we know the public will create a critical role in locating these suspects.”
The FBI and Boston police ask that if you have a tip or lead to call 1-800-225-5234, or email boston@ic.fbi.gov.
On the Boston PD website they said that “No tip is too small or insignificant. Help us locate and identify these individuals. Any and all information is encouraged and appreciated.”
