Several members of the Black Panthers marched through the Sherman Park area of Milwaukee over the weekend to protest what they refer to as a black “genocide.”
In what was being called a “human rights tribunal,” protesters, many of who were armed with guns, marched through the streets Sunday afternoon as they spoke up against police shootings that claimed the lives of African-Americans.
“This is genocide,” said Dr. Alli Muhammad with the Revolutionary Black Panther Party. “It can’t go on. Any other country, any other people it would be declared as such.”
Protesters also made reference to Donald Trump and used colorful language that included what some may consider questionable chants.
