ACCOKEEK, MD –-(Ammoland.com)- Benelli USA won two Telly Awards for two videos produced by Benelli’s in-house marketing department.
Benelli’s latest 30-second commercial spot called, “Benelli ETHOS” and the “Benelli ETHOS Promotional Video” each received a Bronze Telly for outstanding achievement at the 35th Annual Telly Awards.
Currently appearing on cable networks, the attention-grabbing 30-second spot runs on The Outdoor Channel and The Sportsman Channel.
The spot features Benelli’s ETHOS, an Inertia-Driven 12-gauge semi-auto shotgun that was introduced at the 2014 SHOT Show in Las Vegas. The footage was shot on the Bonneville Salt Flats in northern Utah. There the landscape lent a dramatic backdrop to a hot and dusty Confederate racing motorcycle that zooms by two young ladies playing a melodic violin composition written specifically to underscore the mood. This dynamic and highly entertaining scene was created to symbolize the ETHOS tag line—“the perfect balance of art and technology.”
The second production is a promotional video focusing on the many new features of the ETHOS. Set in South Dakota’s picturesque pheasant country, the video highlights not only the ETHOS, but also depicts dynamic pheasant hunting action and the role the ETHOS plays.
Benelli’s videos were chosen from among more than 13,000 entries that come from all 50 states and many foreign countries. Founded in 1978, the Telly Awards is the premier award, honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs.
“It is a great honor for Benelli to win a Telly Award because it stands for excellence and accomplishment in our respective field,” said Jared Rehm, Benelli USA’s Video Producer. “Watch for more upcoming productions covering all of the Benelli USA brands.”
