ACCOKEEK, MD –-(Ammoland.com)- On this week’s Top Shot All-Stars episode, two Benelli shotguns —the Vinci and M4 model— will be featured. Also appearing will be Team Benelli 3-Gun Shooter, Taran Butler, who is Top Shot ‘s resident shotgun expert and show adviser.
The challenges toughen up on this episode called “Big Boom.” With half the competition already eliminated, the remaining eight marksmen continue to vie for the top spot.
In a season first, competitors blast clay targets mid flight with Benelli shotguns. But there’s an All Star twist and contestants have to put up or be shut down–permanently.
This seasons’ Top Shot All-Stars, features elite sharpshooters from previous seasons who face off in the most explosive competition yet, and it’s all about skill. There are no teams and competitors range in age from 24 to 53 years old, and come from all walks of life. Returning Top Shot champions Iain Harrison, Chris Reed, Dustin Ellerman and Chris Cheng all took part in the first show of the All-Star season. Only one Top Shot All-Star will take home the Grand Prize: $100,000 and a TOP SHOT special edition Tahoe speedboat.
“Benelli has always stepped up in support of Top Shot by providing us with their latest shotguns and hardware,” said Colby Donaldson, host of the elimination series. “But it’s the viewer response and popularity of the Benelli brand that keeps us going back for more each season.”
