Newtown, CT -(Ammoland.com)- Adding to its Platinum-level support for the NSSF Rimfire Challenge program, ATK Sporting also will participate in the Rimfire Challenge Ammo Roundup, which will help ensure the program’s target shooters have a reliable source of ammunition.
The Rimfire Challenge Ammo Roundup will serve as a fulfillment center for match directors to purchase ammunition for events.
ATK is a leading manufacturer of ammunition, firearms and accessories. The company will provide 600,000 rounds of CCI rimfire ammunition to the Ammo Roundup program.

The Rimfire Challenge is a program of the National Shooting Sports Foundation, the trade association for the firearms, ammunition, hunting and shooting sports industry. The program was developed to introduce newcomers to competition target shooting by providing individuals and families with a safe, fun and exciting first-time experience using .22-caliber handguns and rifles and steel targets. Formerly known as the Ruger Rimfire Challenge, NSSF this year assumed administrative responsibilities for the fast-growing program.
